Accessibility: partially compliant
Verified 07 February 2022 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
This page is not a help page. It aims to present the accessibility policy of the website undertaking.service-public.fr and to define the general level of accessibility found on the site in accordance with the benchmarks and regulations. For navigational aids and site specific features, visit the help page.
An accessible website is a site that allows all internet users to access its contents without difficulty, including people with disabilities and using specialized software or hardware.
For example, an accessible site can:
Navigate with speech syntheses or Braille beaches (especially used by blind or visually impaired Internet users).
Customize the display of the site according to its needs (magnification of characters, color modification, etc.).
Navigate without using the mouse, with the keyboard only, or via a touch screen.
The Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA) pays particular attention to the quality of realization of its websites. For several years now, it has been working to comply with the GAR (General accessibility framework for administrations). The DILA also places great importance on user experience and ergonomics.
In order to obtain the best possible result, accessibility is taken into account by all the teams involved in the development of the site. Our teams are trained in accessibility. They are accompanied for auditing, arbitrations and verification of corrections throughout the design and development phases.
In addition, we are taking a decidedly pragmatic approach to accessibility. The choices made and the elements put in place prioritize the user experience more than strict compliance with the RGAA.
This is particularly the case when the solutions proposed by the RGAA are not compatible with technical aids - often due to browser bugs or operating systems - or when they make the interface too complex to use.
The Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information undertakes to make its websites, intranets, extranets and mobile applications accessible, in accordance with article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
This accessibility statement applies to the website undertaking.service-public.fr. It was carried out on 25/01/2022, on the basis of the content available on that date.
