Telephone solicitation: renewal of your subscription to Bloctel

Block, service set up on 1^er june 2016, is the list of opposition to telephone solicitation on which any consumer can register free of charge so that he can no longer be contacted by telephone by a professional with whom he does not have an ongoing contractual relationship.

To renew your subscription to Bloctel

In order to renew your subscription, you must:

• log in to the site blocktel.gouv.fr ;
• Check the number or numbers you want to block.
• tick the box provided for renewal;
• click Validate.

Without renewal, your registration will be canceled in June 2019.

To register for Bloctel, if this is your first request

If you are not yet registered for Bloctel, 3 steps are required:

• pre-registration on Block (fill in the registration form on the site blocktel.gouv.fr and provide your email address);
• validation of your registration (within 48 hours, a first email will be sent to you. You will need to click on the link contained in this email within 10 days of its sending date);
• registration number (a second email will be sent to you with your registration number to keep. You will be able to access your personal space to manage your information and file any complaints).

No later than 30 days after you have confirmed your registration, the numbers you have registered will be protected against telephone solicitation.
