Since 1er January 2020, the social security coverage of audiovisual prostheses improved. Insured persons choosing the appliances included in the device 100% health” will benefit from a reduction of €250 and the rest is charged per ear.
It's been since the 1ster january 2020 that all hearing aid professionals must draw up and propose a quotation containing at least one offer " 100% health" for each ear.
To date, a hearing aid costs on average €1,500 by ear.

In 2021, the equipment included in the basket " 100% health" will be fully covered by the health insurance and health supplements.
