Depending on the decisions or conventions, children may be expected to spend the whole weekend at their father's house or simply on Sunday of Father's Day.

In this case, the parents can agree amicably to organize a special right of access for Father's Day. Parents can always agree on an organization different from the decision or convention (for example, by exchanging a weekend).

If, on the other hand, the father fails to obtain agreement to have his children for Father's Day, custody as provided for in the judgment or convention must apply.
