I couldn't vote in the first round, can I vote in the second round?

You were not yet of age, you did not have French nationality, you were not registered to vote because of an error: you were not able to vote in the first round of the presidential election on April 10. Your situation has changed since then. Will you be able to vote for the second round on April 24, 2022? Service-public.fr answers you.

Even if you couldn't vote on the 1er in the second round, you can vote if you are:

  • registered to vote because you are 18 years of age before April 24, 2022;
  • registered ex officio on the electoral rolls because you obtained French nationality before 24 April 2022;
  • registered on the electoral rolls by decision of the judicial court: you must go to the polling station with the decision of the judge who authorizes you to do so.

As a reminder, anyone who feels that they meet the criteria for registration can apply to the judicial judge until election day to be registered on the voters list.
