Are you disabled or a caregiver in difficulty? Your situation worsened during the lockdown? Need to find a mobile team working at home for a while? Review an emergency coaching plan? The 0 800 360 360 is a toll-free number that allows you to get in touch with the support actors who operate near you and who will coordinate to provide you with the solutions adapted to your situation.
The 0 800 360 360 is a free national number (accessible to deaf and hard of hearing people) that switches your call directly to a team of advisors located in your department. She will build with you a local solution.
These may be:

at-home respite or relieving solutions for family caregivers (support for needs emerging from confinement or families continuing to host a family member in confinement at home);
increased support for more complex needs or problems aggravated by the health crisis;
support for children with disabilities in the care of the Children's Welfare Agency (CSO).
