For individuals, the ASAP Act provides in particular for:

• exemption of proof of residence for obtaining identity cards, passports, driving licenses, with the forthcoming generalization of the device Address Righting ;
• the removal by 31 December 2020 of the systematic medical certificate for the sport of minors. Parents will only need to provide a parental statement, except for at-risk sports;
• the creation by 2022 of a single information service for families to find out in real time about available nursery places and nursery assistants;
• the integration of medical records into the digital health space, which will open automatically in 2022;
• facilitate registration for the driving license examination. Experimentation with an online registration service directly by the candidate or his or her driving school is extended until May 2, 2021 in 5 departments;
• simplify the formalities for opening and managing the People's Savings Book (LEP): once a decree is issued, it will no longer be necessary to provide the tax notice to the bank, the bank is responsible for verifying the client's eligibility for the book directly with the tax administration;
• allow residents of a number of establishments (e.g. Ehpad) to pay for their energy consumption with the 2021 energy check;
• to facilitate the administrative procedure for expulsion in cases of unlawful occupation of the home of others.
