The baccalaureate

The results of the 2024 baccalaureate can be consulted free of charge on the website of the Ministry of National Education, academy by academy, as of Monday, July 8, 2024. The time of publication varies from one academy to another. Candidates can also consult their notes on the publication website Cyclades using their Cyclades login and password.

If you are admitted or refused, you must not go to the deliberation center. Your transcript is available in your account Cyclades.

If you are admitted to the second group (catching up), with an average between 8 and 9.99 out of 20, it is imperative to come and withdraw your transcript and communicate the choice of your second group proofs in the deliberation center indicated on the front of your summons.

Candidates who achieve an average of 10/20 or more are admitted. The usual indications shall be maintained in accordance with the following rules:

• "Good enough" for an average of 12 to 14.
• “Good” for an average of 14 to 16.
• "Very good" for an average of between 16 and 18.
• “Very well with the congratulations of the jury” for an average above 18.

Candidates who obtain an average of between 8/20 and 10/20 are allowed to take the tests of the second group of the General and Technological Baccalaureate. These catch-up tests will take place until thursday, july 11, 2024 inclusive.

The National Patent Diploma (DNB)

The results of the patent shall be made available on the website of the academies as of monday, july 8, 2024, the publication schedule varies according to the academies. They are also posted in the examination centers.

Continuous monitoring accounts for 400 points, half the patent mark. It certifies mastery of the common core of knowledge, skills and culture. The remaining 400 points are divided among the five final tests. To be granted the college patent, you have to get at least 400 points, which is the average. Pupils can receive an extra 20 points if they have opted for optional education (Latin, Greek or a regional language) and if the learning objectives of the cycle are exceeded.

Mentions may be assigned according to the grid of points:

• “Pretty good” from 480 points.
• “Good” from 560 points.
• “Very good” from 640 points.

The terms "Good" and "Very Good" allow, under certain conditions, to benefit from a merit scholarship.

Obtaining the patent does not condition access to a higher class at the end of the third.
