What are the conditions?

The main conditions for access to this aid are as follows:

• be a tenant with a lease of less than 3 months at the time of application;
• have a remuneration of less than 1,5 times the gross minimum wage (gross amount at 1^er january 2021: €1,554.58);
• and be back to work with a new employment contract or be an employee approaching their place of work.

For young workers, specific access conditions are required:

• be under 25 years of age at the time of application;
• have an income between 30% (€467) and 100% (€1,554.58) of the Smic, you only need to have an employment contract of less than 6 months. This condition does not apply to work-linked contracts.

What are the steps?

To benefit from this facility, the steps are as follows:

1. you make sure you are eligible through the simulator at your disposal ;
2. you enter your application online with the scanned supporting documents;
3. the help of €1000 is paid to you after your application has been accepted.
