In case of on-site troubleshooting (including a return trip of the professional and a repair of a maximum duration of 30 minutes), the package amounts to €144.52.

For troubleshooting requiring towing (at a rest or service area, to the convenience store shop or at a location chosen by the driver), the new rates, which vary depending on the weight of the vehicle, are as follows:

• €144.52 for vehicles weighing less than or equal to 1,8 tons;
• €178.70 for vehicles with a total weight of more than 1,8 tons and less than 3,5 tons.
