Publié le null - Legal and Administrative Information Directorate (Prime Minister)

Are you French living outside the EU and you have been vaccinated in the foreigner? A system set up by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs allows French expatriates vaccinated with vaccines recognised by the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) or equivalent to these vaccines to obtain a valid vaccination pass in France and in the European area. Proof of vaccination, along with identification and proof of residence, must be presented to the foreigner.
