Your property tax advisory can be viewed as of August 28, 2024 on impots.gouv.fr from your special space, in the "My Events"/"Documents" section (whether you are monthly or not).

If you prefer to receive it in paper format, a letter will be sent to you by 9 October at the latest.

The date of payment of the property tax depends on your method of payment.

Deadline for payment in case of online payment

If you choose the dematerialized payment (direct payment) via the internet, direct debit on maturity or monthly), the payment deadline is october 20, 2024 midnight (debit from account 5 days later).

It is also possible to pay tax via the application “Impots.gouv” (downloadable on PlayStore and theApp Store) from the "Pay my taxes" tab. Access can be done by entering your tax number and password or by flashing the code printed on your tax notice (bottom left of the first page).

Please note

If this is your first online payment, you will need your tax notice and bank references.

Deadline for payment for other means of payment

For amounts less than 300 €, you can settle until 15 october 2024 midnight :

  • by transfer : to make your transfer, you must contact the tax department that you depend on to obtain its bank references. Its contact information is included on your tax notice in the "Your steps" box;

Warning

provision must be made for the time taken by the bank to process the transfer, the date of payment being the date of interbank settlement.

  • in cash : you must go, with your tax notice, to a public finance center or in one of the partner buralists ‘Proximity payment’;
  • by check : it must be made payable to the public treasury and sent to the collection center accompanied by the TIPSEPA (to serve as a reference for your payment) without signing, gluing or stapling it;
  • with TIPSEPA : your bank details are already pre-printed. Date it, sign it and send it back to the collection center whose address is on the TIPSEPA. If this is the first time you have paid by TIPSEPA or changed your bank details, you must attach a bank identity statement (RIB) and send it back to the collection center whose address appears on the TIPSEPA.

Warning

amounts over € 300 must be paid by monthly or due-date levy or by direct payment online on the website “impots.gouv.fr”.
