Know that Service-Public.fr offers more than 100 simulators allowing you to know if you are eligible for a fee, to calculate the amount of a benefit or a cost. The site also offers 300 letter templates, some letters are customizable and downloadable, they can be sent to the relevant administration by email or by post.

Actions to facilitate the use of digital tools by people away from digital

To support people who are far from digital in their online activities, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Electronic Communications plans several actions:

• Recruitment and training of 4,000 France Services Digital Advisors by next year. Initiation and improvement workshops will be offered to users in the structures closest to their home.
• Caregivers (social workers, local public service agents, France Services agents, etc.) will be able to carry out administrative formalities in place of the user in complete technical and legal security thanks to the generalization of Aidants Connect.
• Some local organizations will be able to offer digital support activities.
• Accessible and attractive digital inclusion kits will be deployed in libraries, social centers, town halls, third-party venues, associations, etc.

Measures already in place include:

• the Digital Pass to encourage people away from the digital world to train;
• the phone number Digital Solidarity 01 70 772 372 which provides daily answers to citizens' digital problems;
• the opening of more than 1,200 “France Services” houses (2,000 by 2022) which allows every citizen to have a physical alternative.
