The right steps to take to consume more reasonably

The Ministry of Economy’s factsheet, Simple steps to consume more responsibly details:

• Green gestures when buying products with products to be preferred: sustainable and repairable products; appliances with low energy or water consumption; products based on renewable, recycled or recyclable materials; seasonal fruits and vegetables, preferably produced locally; products bearing environmental labels and the transport to use to do your shopping (minimize trips by grouping purchases, public transport, bicycles).
• Green gestures when using products: arrange your refrigerator to avoid food waste; extend the life of products by maintaining and repairing them.
• Ecological actions after use of products: limit waste; give a second life to objects in good condition; respect the selective sorting.
