Who are the people involved?

You must be both:

• an employee of a non-agricultural private sector company, regardless of your seniority and the nature of your employment contract;
• first-time homebuyers, i.e., have not owned your home in the last two years;
• and have resources that do not exceed the ceilings of the rental-accession social loan ;

How to benefit?

To receive support, you must:

• check your eligibility for the scheme ;
• receive your passport Membership Premium summarizes the elements provided;
• create your online file at the opening of the digital trail in early october.

In the event of final acceptance of your request, you will receive €10,000 under the Membership Premium and after signature of an agreement and upon your final signature at the notary or upon presentation of the promoter's or builder's call for funds.

What are the housing conditions?

To be eligible, the accommodation must meet the following conditions:

• be your principal residence;
• be located in the metropolitan territory or in the overseas departments and regions (DROM);
• meet energy performance requirements;
• not be financed under an Operation Core City, nor under the new National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU);
• the amount of the acquisition of the housing must comply with the ceilings of the rental-accession social loan (PSLA) in force at the time of the application;
• the signature of the preliminary reservation contract must be after 1^er january 2021
