Since December 28, 2021, the vaccine recall is open to all adults as early as 3 months after their last injection. The date of the recall depends on several parameters: date of last injection, type of vaccine received, previous Covid-19 infection....

The online service  My Vaccine Covid Reminder put online by Health Insurance is accessible to people aged 18 and over who have completed their first vaccination (complete initial vaccination plan), it allows:

  • know when to receive your booster dose against Covid-19;
  • know when your vaccination pass ends if you do not recall.

Accessible from a computer, smartphone or tablet, the online service is very easy to use, you are guided at every step.

By answering only 4 questions, you get the two key dates.

Information

Here is the online service information:

  • date of birth;
  • optionally, the date of the PCR or Covid-19 positive antigenic test after first vaccination;
  • name of the vaccine used during the last injection;
  • date of last injection of the initial vaccination cycle.

Where can I find this information?

The name of the vaccine and the date of the last injection are on the vaccine pass, accessible from the application AllAntiCovid or on the vaccination certificate issued at the last injection. This certificate is also downloadable from this online service .

In case of Covid-19 infection following first vaccination, the date of PCR or positive antigenic testing, available on the online service, should be provided SI-DEP .
