Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr: new entry point for entrepreneurs

Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr aims to be the point of entry for access to all administrative information and formalities for managers of SMEs, VSEs and the self-employed.

The new official site for companies was born from the observation that public and administrative information for companies was abundant and too dispersed on a large number of public sites and that there was a lack of a reference site to improve the legibility of information and simplify the entrepreneur's journey.

Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr is the reference information and guidance center for the 4 million heads of companies as well as all those who wish to undertake. It gathers, around reliable, up-to-date, neutral, personalized and free resources, all the information and useful tools to create, manage and develop their daily economic activity.

Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr is one of the three pillars of the plan to simplify online services dedicated to professionals. The site will be linked to two other sites that open in early 2022: formalities.companies.gouv.fr, one-stop-shop for declarations of creation, amendment, submission of documents and cessation of company (mandatory from 1^er January 2023) and the portailpro.gouv.fr website, which will open very soon, and which will unify the registration and payment procedures of professionals by bringing together, within one and the same space, the services offered by both taxes, Urssaf and Customs.

What does Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr offer?

The new site Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr replaces and completes the former Professionals and Companies area of Service-Public.fr and offers a new path around the six major life stages of the company: I create, I take over, I manage; I develop; I close, I transmit.

You can also access information, customizable according to your situation, by major themes (Human Resources, Accounting, Taxation...) and the Directory of Administration.

The site also offers direct access to essential steps and useful tools for entrepreneurs:

• Online approaches: Online declaration of turnover (simplified micro-social scheme); company formalities window; Pôle emploi: online services for employers; online pre-employment declaration (PED), etc.
• Administrative forms (cerfas): Annual VAT adjustment declaration - Simplified scheme; Declaration of modification of a company - Natural person (P2); Declaration of modification of a company - Legal person (M2), Declaration of fees or commissions, etc.
• Simulators: Calculation of the minimum bonus for a trainee; Calculation of the social contributions of the micro-entrepreneur; Simulator of the tax credit for competitiveness and employment (CICE); Simulator of social contributions for craftsmen and tradesmen, etc.
