Rising food prices: what are the reasons for this inflation?

Food prices, up since January 2021, increased by 10% in September 2022. This increase could reach 12% in December 2022. A recent report by the Inspectorate General of Finance (IGF) analyzes the reasons for this trend and demonstrates the decline in the profits of the agri-food industries.
