On the occasion of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Directorate General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF) provides you with a complete Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to help you attend these events in the best possible conditions.

On the occasion of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (JOP 2024), the Directorate General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF) warns against free ticket scams.

The DGCCRF calls for vigilance and not sharing bank details in case of doubt about the sender of an email. In case of uncertainty, a contact address has been set up by the Paris 2024 teams: integrityandenforcement@paris2024.org.

Some signs should appeal to you: for example, no paper tickets will be issued for the 2024 JOPs.
