The simplification of procedures and administrative formalities is one of the government's priorities, which is to allow all French people access to public services throughout the country.

It is in this context that the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP) has decided to set up a survey for persons returning from the foreigner. This return has been identified as a complex life-time for which simplification of the administrative procedures requested requires simplification.

The survey is based on users' experiences. Objective: to identify and remove the main difficulties encountered throughout the administrative process.

First, a questionnaire makes it possible to identify people's profiles (time spent abroad, country of destination, reason, date of return). In a second step, the survey proposes more personal questions, feedback of experiences, in order to identify the problems encountered by users in their approaches:

  • tell your story (

    anonymously

    ). The request will be sent directly to the administration concerned;
  • report an administrative document that is difficult to understand;
  • become

    user tester

    , in order to contribute to the simplification of administrative documents.

Please note

the DITP is seeking testimonies from French people who have lived abroad and returned to France since 2021. If you are concerned, you can participate in theonline survey which will only take you 10 minutes.
