The 1.5% increase in index point at 1^er july 2023 concerns all public officials (civil and military personnel of the State, personnel of local authorities and public hospitals).

The annual value of the salary corresponding to the index 100 plus is thus increased to €5,907.34 (against €5,820.04). The index point changes from €4.85 - €4.92.

The decree also allocates differentiated increased index points for gross indices 367 to 418.

This allocation of additional points - up to 9 points, i.e. an increase of €44 gross per month - increases the remuneration of officials in the first steps of grades in category C and the first two grades in category B, as well as contractual agents remunerated on the basis of these indices. Basic pay for early-career members is also covered.

Finally, note the allocation of 5 index points plus from 1^er january 2024 for all public officials, or a gross monthly increase of almost €25.
