My health space: new features available in the digital notebook

Officially launched on February 3, 2022, My Health Space aims to allow you to quickly store and access all your medical information through a secure online platform.

You can now receive custom prevention messages based on your profile and different information on your My Health Center account. This new functionality is provided for by an order issued in Official Journal May 26, 2024. When you receive a personalized prevention message, you can always review the reason why it was sent to you. At any time, you can decide not to receive these types of messages without having to justify your choice.

In addition, since April 2024 you can consult on My health space one planned calendar with all important appointments related to monitoring your health and that of your children. Among the exams presented there:

• the mandatory and recommended vaccinations ;
• the 20 compulsory examinations for children (from birth to 16 years old) ;
• the dental examinations offered by the Health Insurance to children, adolescents and young adults (a test every 3 years, from age 3 until age 24);
• the recommended annual oral examination for adults;
• the prevention checkups planned at key life ages (18, 45, 60, 70).

Other tests and preventive appointments (organized cancer screenings...) will soon be available.

On the My Health Space platform, you also have access to:

• your medical profile, which you can fill in to describe your situation (current treatments, medical history...);
• your shared medical record, with documents added by you or sent by a health care professional or facility;
• secure health messaging to communicate with healthcare professionals in confidence (medical confidentiality is respected).

There is also a space on the site to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice so that your medications are prepared and ready when you come to pick them up.
