30 18: the single number for young victims of digital harassment and violence

Identity theft, gender-based and sexual violence, bullying in schools, and webcam blackmail. The number 30 18 allows anyone to report situations of bullying in schools and cyberbullying of minors.

Whether you are a young victim or witness to a case of school harassment and/or digital violence, you can contact the listeners on 30 18:

You are then connected to a listening team of psychologists, lawyers and digital experts. They can trigger a fast-track reporting process, allowing harmful content and user accounts involved in the harassment to be deleted within hours.

The device also offers a mobile phone application that allows you to:

  • store evidence of harassment in a secure digital vault (screenshots, photos, url links of internet pages containing malicious content, etc.), and then transfer all or part of these elements to the members of the device 30 18 if you wish;
  • Perform a self-assessment of your situation using a quiz called “Am I being harassed?”
  • read tip sheets on bullying in school and cyberbullying to find out how to react and who you can call on.

Reminder

In September 2023, 3018 became the single number for alerting and reporting on situations of school harassment and cyberbullying experienced by minors. II then replaced 3020, a number that had been set up by the National Education to combat bullying in schools.
