The State Pension Service opens secure messaging to facilitate exchanges

The State Pensions Service (SRE) has opened secure messaging via the Public Agent Secure Digital Space (ENSAP). Better accessibility, easier file tracking, confidentiality of exchanges... As of June 26, 2024, whether you are active or retired, you have a new means of communication to ask all your questions about your retirement. Service-Public.fr explains everything in detail!

Secure messaging accessible from your ENSAP personal space simplifies your interaction as holders of the Public Service of the State with the Public Pension Service. This replaces the forms currently available on the website retireedeletat.gouv.fr in addition to the telephone services offered by the pension advisory center and the retirees service center. SRE managers may also ask you for more information about your situation.

Secure messaging is open to you if the “I am preparing for my retirement” or “My pension” is available in your ENSAP space.

How do I proceed?

First you need to create your space on ensap.gouv.fr to benefit from the services specific to your State retirement.

After entering your usernames and passwords, you can access the “My Dashboard” page to the email by clicking on the top right of “Secure Messaging” .

An intuitive screen guides you through the process of writing your message. You can choose between several objects, choose the one that corresponds to your situation:

  • preparing for my retirement;
  • follow my request;
  • my pension;
  • other.

You can also add documents to your message.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you after sending your message to the email address you have entered in your ENSAP account profile.

Each time you exchange again, you are notified by a alert system on the home page of your personal space and by sending an email. A thumbnail allows you to quickly view their status.

Your request may be modified or completed until your manager has processed it.

All communications are protected by encryption measures, ensuring that confidentiality of your exchanges and the protection of your personal data.

If you do not have access to secure messaging, you can contact the SRE by phone at: 02 40 08 87 65. This is a free service, only the price of a regular call is charged (according to your telephone plan).

Secure messaging is exclusively for retirement issues and you can only submit one request per message. If you have any questions about your salary, you can ask your employer (civil servant, magistrate or military officer employment administration).
