My Aides Réno: estimate your help to renovate your home!

My Aides Réno is the national reference computer aid for energy renovation for private individuals. It is a tool that allows you to identify and calculate the aid you are entitled to for financing energy renovation work. The objective is to better support users in their aid application process, in order to accelerate the pace of renovations as part of the fight against energy poverty and global warming.

You can use it, whether you are in a private home or a representative of a condominium.

How does this calculator work?

First, the calculator asks you to answer a questionnaire related to your situation and your accommodation:

• do you own it?
• do you live in your apartment?
• is this your main residence?
• is it a house or an apartment?
• what is the date of construction?
• how many people live there?
• in which municipality is the accommodation located?
• what's its surface?
• what is your benchmark tax income?
• do you know the DPE label of your home?

At the end of the questionnaire, a detailed page entitled “Discover your rights” appears and presents the renovation paths and possible aids according to your answers.

You can find out what type of work you are eligible for:

• A major renovation.
• Renovation à la carte (and in this case, what are the gestures involved: energy audit, heat pump, insulation of walls from the outside, etc.).
• Obtaining other renovation aid: energy saving certificate (EEC), MaPrimeRénov' Co-ownership, and soon eco-loan at zero rate, local aid, etc.

Each case refers you to detailed explanations of the aid you are eligible for and the amounts of the aid. Finally, you have the possibility to contact the France Rénov' advisor closest to you for neutral and free advice.
