Complementary health solidarity, or C2S, is a help from the health insurance to pay your health expenses if you have few resources.

Depending on your situation, you can benefit from the C2S free or the C2S for a fee: it amounts to less than 1 € per day and per person. It can cover all members of the household.

Membership of the participatory C2S was hitherto the subject of a paper form which the insured person had to send to his cash register at the same time as a debit mandate and an IBAN. This membership will soon be possible online.

How to join the participatory C2S online?

The membership or renewal service will be available from your friendly account.

Log in to your friendly account and then go to the "My steps" tab:

• If you are eligible for the participatory C2S, the amount of the participation is displayed in your account as well as the deadline by which you must validate the membership form.
• You can view the list of C2S beneficiaries within the household and you have the option to withdraw one or more beneficiaries.
• The next step is the validation of the collection method: the IBAN used by default is the one that Health Insurance uses to reimburse your healthcare. Be careful, if you wish to modify this IBAN, you will have to leave the online approach and redo the entire process by mail (sending the membership form, the debit mandate and the new IBAN).
• Then, validate the terms and guarantees of your participation contract for C2S.
• The last step is confirmation of the form. You will then receive a message confirming that the application for membership by the Health Insurance is in progress.
