Energy renovation: you can benefit from personalized advice for your project

Whether you are a homeowner or landlord, a tenant or a member of a condominium union, you may be eligible for financial assistance to renovate your home. To benefit from personalized and free advice for your project, you can call on France Rénov' advisors. An awareness-raising campaign, which ran from October to December 2024, highlights the role of this public housing renovation service.

Before embarking on a renovation project, it is recommended that you consult an expert in this field. The consulting areas France Rénov' offer an independent information and support service. The role of advisors France Rénov' is to provide you with free and personalized advice for:

  • develop your renovation project;
  • mobilize public and private aid adapted to your needs and situation;
  • refer you to competent professionals throughout your renovation project.

The public aid proposed for renovation works includes:

  • MaPrimeRénov’, which is accessible to all owners (whether they live in their dwelling or rent it) for energy renovation works;
  • MaPrimeRenovation' Condominium, which may be granted to the unions of the co-owners for the energy renovation of the common areas and of the private areas declared to be of collective interest of a co-ownership;
  • MaPrimeAdapt’, which is accessible to owners and co-owners (whether they occupy their dwelling or rent it) and tenants of the private park, for the adaptation of their dwelling to a loss of autonomy and mobility.

Please note

The National Housing Agency published in September 2024 a video on good reflexes to avoid energy retrofit fraud. In particular, it is recommended to always ask for quotes from several craftsmen labeled GAR, and to take the time to compare them.
