Associations

The online service to set up an association in Alsace-Moselle has just been launched

Publié le 13 novembre 2024 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

The consultation, creation and management portal of the Alsace-Moselle associations has been open since 5 November 2024. You can now create a user account, consult the register, join your associations as a representative and proceed online with the judicial formalities of your associations with the court territorially competent, in accordance with the local civil code of Alsace-Moselle.

User Account

Anyone can now create a user account on online services for associations in Alsace-Moselle. By default, the user account is uncertified, that is, not attached to an association. This account allows you to:

  • create an association (with automatic attachment after registration in the register);
  • consult the public data of the register of associations, by browsing the register using search filters;
  • generate an extract from the register for any association (uncertified extract); you can, if necessary, approach the competent court;
  • request a scan of an association’s paper file (only one request at a time is allowed);
  • request association.

Attaching a user account to an association / Certifying the legal representative

Any user may request the association as its representative or representative/delegate, the request being then verified by the registry of the territorially competent court.

If you are the legal representative, you must attach an ID to your application.

If you are the legal representative’s agent/delegate, you must attach both your identity document and that of the legal representative, as well as any supporting documents proving the delegation (management decision, etc.).

Once your application has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note

The identification documents attached to the application are then automatically removed from the system.

FYI

The associations to which you are attached are visible in the “My Associations” tab.

Actions open to certified users

In addition to these actions for non-certified users, a user attached to one or more associations by the court may also:

  • to carry out formalities for the modification or dissolution of its associations by filing a dematerialized request. The information entered or modified in the corresponding form will be submitted to the competent court at the end of the filing, and you will automatically receive a receipt in electronic format by email. Once your application has been processed, you will be informed by the registry of the associations of the court. If it is validated, your changes will be visible in the register of associations. It should be noted that the paper filing procedure with the court is still possible;
  • manage other users of its associations. Users who are attached to your association are visible in the association's record. You can invite new users and assign them deposit (query) rights as well as management (other accounts) rights as needed. No court validation is required for these subsequent users, their management is solely the responsibility of the legal representative or his delegate, or the accounts with management rights;
  • request a paper file scan for the associations to which it is attached, in addition to the application for the digitization of the file of another association.
