My online orientation, a free and personalized service

National Counseling Service My Online Orientation is intended to answer all the questions you have about the direction and continuation of studies.

It is offered free of charge by Onisep (National Office for Information on Education and Occupations). It is aimed at middle-school students, high-school students, students (full-time students or apprentices), young people who are not in or out of school, young people with disabilities or special educational needs. It is also intended for families, teachers and the professionals who accompany them.

The toll-free number 01 77 77 12 25 (non-surtax appeal) is open:

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Monday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm

At this number, you can get personalized answers according to your situation, from counselors-psychologists and experts of ONISEP.

For more administrative matters (places of training, assignments, vacancies, etc.), your call will be transferred to the academic level.

The telephone service is complemented by an answer service on the platform My Online Orientation. Here you will find a frequently asked questions, a chat and a free personalized questions service by email.

• To ask your questions by email, just fill out an online form. You will get a complete and detailed response within 48 to 72 hours.
• You can also use the chat. You get immediate answers from talking to someone. This service is provided on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 8:00pm; Mondays and Fridays from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
