Who can attend the meetings of the union council of a condominium?
Verified 13 March 2024 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
Only members of the trade union council attend meetings. Apart from its members, the trade union council may authorize a co-owner to attend a meeting as a guest. The co-ownership regulation may, however, lay down different rules.
The presence of a co-owner may be justified in particular for the needs of a co-owner's skills (e.g. legal skills).
The co-owner can request it by any means (mail, telephone call...).
Please note
a professional, who has been asked by the trade union council for technical advice, may also be invited to attend a trade union council meeting.
