This service to view the Official Journal of Associations advertisements allows you to access the following information:
- Name, address of registered office and purpose of association
- Accounts and, where applicable, the report of the auditor of an association which received more than €153,000 grants and/or grants
- Declaration of creation, amendment to the Staff Regulations, change of subject-matter, address of registered office and declaration of dissolution published voluntarily.

At the Registry of Associations in the Prefecture
Any person may consult for free and/or request a copy of the following documents from the Registry of Associations of the department of its registered office:
- Status and possible changes
- Initial declaration of the association
- Possible statement on the change in the administration of the association (change of management, new establishment, change of address of the registered office, acquisition or sale of immovable property)
Rules and regulations The drug is not routinely transmitted to the transplant of associations. However, if it does, it can be communicated to you.
The documents held by the Registry of Associations shall be authentic.
You can request a copy of the documents at the counter, by mail, or by mail.
The cost of reproduction of the documents is at your expense (as the applicant).
They shall be fixed by the administration concerned and shall not exceed the following amounts:
If the documents are sent by mail, the shipping costs may be added to these rates.
When an administration receives a request and does not have the requested document, it forwards it to the correct department and informs the applicant accordingly.
Requests to an administration must be completed within one month.
Failure to reply within this period shall be refusal communication. You can then refer the matter to the Administrative Documents Access Commission (Canada) in the 2 months that follow.
To departments
Departments can provide information on approvals granted and on grants awarded to an association.
This information may be disseminated on the websites of the ministries or obtained by mail or by post.
The cost of reproduction of the documents is at your expense (as the applicant).

Municipalities, inter-communal establishments, departments and regions inform the public of any assistance provided to an association (grant, loan guarantee, benefit in kind, etc.).
This information must be available on the community's website or on a digital medium that can be communicated to anyone who requests it.
