Yes, an employee has the option to resign during paid leave.
The usual rules of resignation must be respected.
However, by exception, the notice shall begin at the end of the holiday with pay.
The employment contract is terminated at the end of the notice.
If the employee does not wish to give notice (in whole or in part), he must obtain the agreement of his employer. The employer is not obliged to accept the application.
