The Christmas bonus is an exceptional help flat rate paid to persons receiving certain social minima.
The premium shall be paid in only once per household.
In 2024, the premium is paid on December 17 2024 :
- For persons benefiting from active solidarity income (SSA), of the specific solidarity allowance (SSA) or the equivalent pension allowance (AER) in November 2024.
- For beneficiaries of such aid whose entitlement started in December 2024.
In mainland France and the overseas departments
The Christmas bonus is paid if you received one of the following benefits for November 2024 or December 2024:
- Active Solidarity Income (RSA)
- Specific Solidarity Allowance (SSA)
- Pension equivalent allowance (REA).
