Financial aid from Anah to carry out work in its housing

Do you want to carry out work in your home (energy renovation, adaptation to loss of autonomy...)? L'AnahAnah : National Housing Agency may grant you financial assistance, subject to conditions.
The Anah offers several types of assistance for the realization of energy renovation works :
The Anah also offers help MaPrimeAdapt' for adapting housing to loss of autonomy (installation of an electric stairlift, installation of the bathroom...).
Anah finally offers help My Decent Housing Premium for securing undignified housing (unhealthy) or gradients.

Conditions related to the work
Help is not assigned for the following work:
- Decorative works
- New construction work
- Expansion work.
Your work should normally be done by a recognized environmental professional (EGR).
You can use an official directory to search for an EGR professional:

Housing-related conditions
Anah's grants are awarded for your principal residence.
Resource Requirements
Your income and that of all the people who occupy the dwelling are taken into account. These revenues must not exceed a resource limit classified into 3 categories:
- Very modest income
- Modest income
- Intermediate income
The revenues retained are reference tax revenue (RFR) of year N-1 (2023 for applications made in 2024).

You must apply online. To do this, you must first create a personal account on the website of the National Housing Agency (Anah):
The payment of Anah aid is not automatic.
The amount of aid depends on many factors such as the nature of the work envisaged, its amount, your resources.
The Anah also appreciates the interest of your work project.
The aid from the Anah is paid once your work is done.
However, the Anah may decide to grant you a advance to start your work. You must apply online from your personal area:
Your work can only start once the decision granting you aid has been received.
Once the application has been granted, you must complete the work in accordance with the project submitted.
The work must generally be carried out within 2 years according to the decision granting you the aid. Otherwise, the aid is not paid.
As soon as the work is finished, you must send the Anah the invoice of the craftsmen who carried out your work to request payment of the aid:
The Anah then intervenes to make the payment.
The aid shall be paid in one installment by bank transfer.
Anah's aid may be combined with the energy check, the zero-interest eco-loan (eco-PTZ) and the zero interest rate loan (PTZ).
You also benefit from the VATVAT : Value added tax reduced (5.5%) for your work.
