Do you want your minor child to have a national identity card?
One French miner may have an identity card regardless of age (even a baby).
The procedure varies according to whether the application is made in France or abroad and according to the age of the minor.
In all cases, the identity card is free.

The minor and his/her supervisor must report set at the counter.
The person responsible must exercise parental authority. It can be the father, the mother or the guardian. He has to show his own ID.

The miner's fingerprints are taken at the counter.

The manager must go to the counter to collect the identity card.

It must be removed within 3 months of its availability.
After this period, the card is destroyed.
