Thermal treatment of the employee: what are the rules?

The conditions are different if the employee goes to a thermal cure during his paid holidays or outside of his leave period.

During paid holidays
The employee can go on a thermal cure during his paid leave.
He then perceives his paid leave allowance during the cure.
Outside the holiday period
The employee can go on a thermal cure outside the period of paid leave in one of the following cases:
- He has a medical prescription that allows him to go on a cure
- The thermal cure follows a therapeutic treatment because of a sick leave
In these cases, the employer cannot oppose the start of the cure.
The salary is no longer paid by the employer.
However, if the employee benefits from thermal cure management conditions, it collects daily allowances paid by the CPAM: titleContent (or by MSA: titleContent if it is dependent on the agricultural system).
