What gambling is allowed to minors?

A minor may only participate in certain types of games :
- Traditional Lotto (bets with a value less than €20) called game chickens, rifles or quines
- Tombola
- Lottery in a associative framework or at a funfair.
On the other hand, a minor cannot participate to the following games:
- Online Games
- Sports or horse-race betting
- Commercial games of chance (e.g. Lotto, scratch games)
- Casino games (e.g. roulette, black jack)
- Poker.
The prohibition applies even if the minor is emancipated or accompanied by a parent.
The prohibition also applies if the minor does not play his own money, but plays for an adult.
