Court of First Instance and Court of First Instance: what happened to them?

Since 1er january 2020, high courts are replaced by the courts.

The Magistrates' Courts have been integrated in the judicial tribunal when they were located in the same city as a former high court.

Magistrates' Courts located in a other city that the high courts have become detached chambers of these courts, called community courts.

Warning  

the community court as it exists today should not be confused with the community judge. The community judge no longer exists since July 2017.
