Is a student entitled to the RSA?

NoHowever, you cannot collect the RSA if you are a student.

However, you can ask to collect the RSA: titleContent if you are in one of the following 2 cases:

  • Either you are young worker and you're 18 to 25 years old. You must have been in employment for at least 2 years full-time (at least 3,214 hours of work) 3 years before the date of your application.
  • Either you are single parent, i.e. you live alone with one or more dependent children.

You must also reside in France in a stable and effective manner, at least 9 months by calendar year.

Your resources must not exceed a ceiling that depends on the composition of your fireplace.
