Is a student entitled to the RSA?

NoHowever, you cannot collect the RSA if you are a student.
However, you can ask to collect the RSA: titleContent if you are in one of the following 2 cases:
- Either you are young worker and you're 18 to 25 years old. You must have been in employment for at least 2 years full-time (at least 3,214 hours of work) 3 years before the date of your application.
- Either you are single parent, i.e. you live alone with one or more dependent children.
You must also reside in France in a stable and effective manner, at least 9 months by calendar year.
Your resources must not exceed a ceiling that depends on the composition of your fireplace.

if you are working, you can benefit from the activity premium under certain conditions.

The amount of the RSA will be less if you already have unemployment benefit and return-to-work assistance (ARE).
