What is the relocation bonus? The relocation grant is a conditional grant if you relocate and have at least 3 dependent children. It corresponds to the expenses actually incurred for your move, within a certain limit. It is paid by the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) or the Agricultural Social Mutual Society (MSA), We present you the regulations to know.

This premium is granted if you complete, within 6 months of your move, the 3 following conditions :

General case (Cf)

You must send to the Caf, within 6 months of the move, a file consisting of:

  • Form cerfa n°11363 of the application for the move premium
  • And proofs of expenses incurred for the move.

You must send the MSA, within a maximum of 6 months after the move, a file consisting of:

  • Form cerfa n°11363 of the application for the move premium
  • And proofs of expenses incurred for the move.

It is equal to the amount of the actual moving expenses up to a ceiling which varies according to the number of dependent children.

The premium shall be paid in a single installment after the proof of the expenditure incurred for the removal has been produced.

If your situation is precarious, you can request an advance on presentation of a quote.

The advance may be 50% to 75% the amount of the estimate, within the limit of the premium that will be due.

You will have to provide the invoice paid, within 6 months of the move, to justify your right and obtain the balance of the premium.

To challenge the refusal decision, you must send a letter to your Caf: titleContent or to your MSA: titleContent within 2 months to bring the matter before the amicable appeal board, which will examine your complaint.

These steps are indicated on the letter of the CAF or the MSA and in the section My account, “ Remedies ”.

You have to differentiate according to whether you depend on the Caf: titleContent or the MSA: titleContent .

if you change your department, the MSA of your home will automatically transfer the file to your new cash register. This transfer will take place as soon as your new address is registered.
