What are the differences between isolated and subdivided land?
Verified 15 December 2023 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
Isolated land
A piece of land is said isolated or non-subdivision when it does not come from a land division. It can be listed without being narrow-minded, or serviced.
Subdivision Land
A plot of land in a subdivision is derived from a land division by subdivision procedure.
Before the land is offered for sale, the developer must obtain a development permit or a decision of non-opposition of the city council to divide a plot into several lots to be built. Batches must be narrow minded.
The subdivision land subject to a development permit must be serviced.
