Hospital civil servants (HPFs) receive an annual credit for hours of vocational training, called personal training account (PTA). These hours may be mobilized on their own initiative. They provide training for the acquisition of a diploma or the development of skills as part of a professional development project (mobility, promotion, retraining).

What is CPF?
It is a device that allows you to take training courses funded by your employer during your career.
Your CPF is automatically fed a certain number of training hours at the end of each year.
It is you who take the initiative to use these training hours, with the agreement of your administration.
Who can benefit?
You automatically have a CPF whether you are a probationary or tenured public servant.
How is the CPF powered?
Your CPF is automatically powered from 25 hours, at the end of each year, up to 150 hours maximum.
Once your CPF reaches 150 hours, if you do not use those hours, it is no longer powered.
You can consult your rights on the dedicated digital space.
If you occupy a incomplete or incomplete employment, your CPF's power is calculated based on how long you work.

If you receive service discharges for a union mandate, the duration of these service discharges is taken into account when calculating the power supply to your CPF.
You can ask a new public employer to use your training rights acquired from other public or private employers.

If you have previously worked in the private sector, the training entitlements you have in euros can be converted into training hours up to a maximum of 150 hours.
The total amount of rights which have been successively converted may not exceed 150 hours over a continuous period of 6 years.
The conversion into hours of acquired rights in euros is done on the basis of 1 hour of training for €15.
If necessary, the number of hours of training obtained shall be rounded to the nearest whole number.
