Driving license: scale of points withdrawn by offense

The point permit system applies to all driving licenses. Points can be removed if you do not respect the rules of the road. Depending on the severity of the offense, the number of points removed is 1 to 6. If you commit multiple offenses at the same time, the withdrawal is Up to 8 points. What is the risk in the event of a traffic offense?

Driving under the influence of alcohol shall be penalized by a withdrawal of 6 points of the permit.

If you are in probationary period, in early learning, framed or supervised, the maximum permitted alcohol content shall be 0.2 g/l blood (i.e. 0,10 mg/l air).

Driving after using drugs shall be penalized by a withdrawal of 6 points of the permit.

The use of seat belts is mandatory. The unattached driver is at risk of removal of 3 points his license.

Of exemptions may, however, apply for medical or professional reasons.
