Learning and professionalization contract: what differences?

There are differences between the apprenticeship contract and the the professionalization contract in particular the duration of the contract, the age and the remuneration of the beneficiary.
We present the main differences between these two contracts.

Duration of contract | Where the contract is of limited duration, its duration shall be Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 3 years. The maximum duration of the contract may be increased to 4 years where the apprentice is a handicapped worker. The duration of the contract shall be specified in an agreement annexed to the contract. | If it is a CDD, the minimum duration is between 6 and 12 months. It may be extended to 36 months in certain situations. |
Age requirements |

An apprentice can now complete part of his or her practical or theoretical training in a country bordering France.
That's what the law no. 2022-217 of 21 february 2022.
Ordinance No. 2022-1067 of 22 December 2022 lays down the arrangements for organizing, implementing and financing cross-border learning.
Future decrees must determine the conditions of application of this ordinance.
