Payment of the provision due from provisional budget is the responsibility of the co-owner/seller.
On the other hand, the payment of provisions for expenditure not included in the estimated budget shall be borne by the co-owner at the time payment is required.
Please note
however, an agreement between the selling co-owner and the purchaser may provide for a different burden-sharing. This agreement only has effect between the co-owner and the purchaser. He's not enforceable to condominium trustee.
The overpayment or underpayment revealed after approval of the accounts at the general meeting shall be credited or debited to the account of the co-owner on the date of approval of the accounts.
