Family Support Allowance (FSA): Child taken

Family support allowance (FSA) is paid by the Family Allowance Fund (FAC) or the Agricultural Social Mutual Society (ASM) to a person who has taken in a child, whether living alone or as a couple.
To be eligible for the BSO, you must meet the following 2 conditions:
- Reside in France
- Have at least 1 dependent child which has been entrusted to you by judicial decision (placement judgment, kafala, etc.) or by notarial act.

General case (Cf)
You must complete and send to your CFOC forms 12038 (BSO request) and 11423 (situation statement):

You must complete and send to your AMM the BSO application form (and the accompanying situation report form).
Application for Family Support Allowance (FSA), Intermediation and Recovery Assistance (MSA)
The BSO amount is €261.07 per month per child.

if you change your department, the MSA of your home will automatically transfer the file to your new cash register. This transfer will take place as soon as your new address is registered.
