Professionalization contract: who can be a tutor?

Verified 17 September 2024 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

When an employer hires an employee on a professional contract, he must choose a guardian to accompany that employee. This tutor has the mission to welcome, help, inform and guide the employee throughout his or her period of professionalization. He is chosen from among the employees of the company. The number of employees under a professional contract followed by this tutor is limited. What are the conditions for being a tutor? We're doing an update on the regulations.

Where the employee on a professionalization contract is hired by a temporary work company (ETT), an intermediate association (AI) or a grouping of employers and is made available in a user company, the conditions for appointment are different.
