Where can I see the results of health checks on food establishments?

The website Alim'confidence gives the results of the health checks of the food sector.
The checks shall cover the hygiene of establishments producing, processing and distributing food products (e.g. restaurants, butchers, supermarkets, slaughterhouses, agri-food establishments).
These checks are carried out by inspectors of the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations (DDPP).
The results of the Alim'confidence website are freely accessible to all.
You can view these results by making a search by establishment name, type of activity or address :
Consult the results of the health checks of food establishments (restaurant, butcher's shop...)
For each establishment, the date of the last check and the level of hygiene established by that check shall be indicated.
The level of hygiene is noted on 4 levels:
- Very satisfying if the establishment is compliant or has minor non-conformities
- Satisfactory whether the administration issued a simple warning to the establishment (a reminder of the rules to improve practices), but did not impose any penalties
- To be improved if the administration has given notice to the establishment to comply with the health rules within a certain period, under penalty of penalty (a new check will be carried out to verify the implementation of the corrective measures)
- Urgently to be corrected the establishment may endanger the health of the consumer. The administration has issued a penalty (e.g. closure of the facility).
Health check data remain available on the Alim'confidence website for 1 year from the date of the check.
Please note
The display of the hygiene level does not have to appear on the front of establishments.
You can make a report to the inspectors of the Departmental Directorate of Population Protection (DDPP).
Who shall I contact
In case of danger to the health of the consumer, emergency measures are implemented, such as closure of the establishment or withdrawal of the health approval for an agri-food industry.
