"Heating boost" bonus

Do you want to replace your heating with a less energy-intensive installation? You can benefit from a financial assistance called “Hot Boost”. We will tell you what the conditions are and how to take advantage of them.
The heating boost bonus is a financial assistance for the replacement of a boiler in the coal or oil or gas or condensing coal by any of the following:
- Efficient biomass boiler (boiler that uses an organic fuel such as wood and its derivatives)
- Air/water heat pump
- Water/water heat pump (geothermal heat pump)
- Hybrid heat pump (system combining air/water heat pump and condensing boiler technology)
- Combined solar system (system combining a solar panel and a storage balloon)
- Connection to a renewable energy (ENR&R) heat network
- High performance wood heating

You can benefit from the bonus if you own or rent a detached house.
If you are a tenant, the landlord must authorize the work you wish to undertake. However, you do not have to provide a document justifying this agreement in order to benefit from the premium.
Your home must have been built since then more than 2 years.
This may be your principal residence or secondary.
Every households may benefit from the premium.
However, the amount of the premium varies depending on the nature of the work to be undertaken and the level of your resources.
Households with modest incomes benefit from a larger premium.
The revenues retained are reference tax revenue (RFR) of year N-2 (2022 for applications made in 2024).
