What is a frank job?

The open employment scheme allows an employer to receive assistance when hiring a resident of a city policy priority area (QPV).
The scheme is extended for all contracts signed between 1er January 2020 and December 31, 2024. The time limit request transmission is reduced to 1 month.
- The employer must be up to date with its tax obligations
- The contract must be a CDI or a CDD of at least 6 months
- The employer must not have made an economic dismissal on the future position Employment franc within 6 months before hiring
- The employer must not have already received State aid for the integration of the recruited employee
- The employer is not eligible for this support for an apprenticeship contract
- The employee recruited on a straight-time basis must not have been a member of the company's workforce during the last 6 months.
- The employee recruited must belong to one of the following categories:
- Job seeker registered at France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi)
- Adhering to a Business Security Agreement
- Young person followed by a local mission and who is not registered as a job seeker
- The employee hired must reside in a city policy priority area (QPV)

a business of mixed economy or an individual employer may not benefit from this scheme.
The amount of financial assistance granted for a free job full-time is:
- €5,000 per year, for up to 3 years for one DTA: titleContent,
- €2,500 per year, for up to 2 years, for recruitment in CSD: titleContent at least 6 months.
Where the employment contract is interrupted within the first six months, whatever the cause, the aid shall not be paid. If the contract is interrupted after the first six months and before its expiry, the aid shall be calculated in proportion to the duration actually worked.
If the employee works part-time, the amount of the aid will be calculated on the basis of weekly working time.
The company may combine the bona fide job bonus with all hiring aids under a professionalization contract.
On the other hand, this premium cannot be combined with other State aid for integration, access or return to employment.
The employer must apply for financial assistance from France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi) in the following month the date of signature of the employment contract.

The premium is then paid each semester, after transmission of a certificate from the employer to France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi).
Failure to send proof of presence within two months of the end of a six-month period may result in the permanent loss of entitlement to the aid for that period.
Failure to send proof of presence within four months of the end of each six-month period of performance of the contract shall result in the definitive loss of entitlement to payment of the aid.
FYI
if the amount of aid is less than €100, it shall not be paid to the company.
